You will have the ability to understand our customers and how they relate to our products and services. You will meet with our customers to convert market appraisals to new instructions for sale to maximise the property sales value which will progress through to completion. You will be responsible for maintaining regular contact with vendors, reviewing marketing and price and offering advice on property sales as well as achieving sale targets as determined by the business. You will need to maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all properties available to maximise sale opportunities as well as devising and revising strategies to maximise sales opportunities which will involve manage offers including negotiation with purchasers and vendors.
You will be involved in staff recruitment, development, training and management and will be responsible for leading, managing, engaging and providing direction for the team on a daily basis. You will develop the business by meeting and introducing new partner agents and clients as well as attending networking events outside working hours when necessary.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 09:00am to 5:30pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch.
You must have your own vehicle which needs to be insured for business use. You will receive a car allowance of £400 per month and will be able to claim business mileage at the current HMRC fuel rates.
Basic Salary - £40,000
OTE £50,000
