Cash Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

This promotion is run by Ryder & Dutton, Registered Office Leigh House, 28-32 St. Paul's Street, Leeds, LS1 2JT.

1. Eligibility

• Open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over.
• Employees of Ryder & Dutton, their immediate family members, or anyone professionally associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter

• Book and complete a free sales or lettings valuation with Ryder & Dutton before 11:59 pm on 30th September 2025.
• Each completed valuation = one entry into the prize draw. One entry per property only.
• No purchase necessary.

3. The Prizes

• Two winners will each receive £750 in cash.
• Prizes will be paid via bank transfer or cheque within 14 days of the winner's confirmation.

4. Winner Selection & Notification

• Winners will be selected at random from all eligible completed valuation bookings.
• The draw will take place on 10th October 2025.
• Winners will be contacted via phone and/or email within 7 days of the draw.
• If a winner does not respond within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

5. Publicity & Data Protection

• By entering, participants agree that Ryder & Dutton may publish their first name and general location (e.g. “Sarah T., Rochdale”) for promotional purposes.
• All personal data will be processed following our Privacy Policy and used solely for the administration of this giveaway.

6. General Terms

• Ryder & Dutton reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or amend the promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control.
• No alternative prizes will be offered and the prize is non-transferable.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
